Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Inmatso website (inmatso.in) and our corporate gifting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Inmatso LLP provides corporate gifting services including product curation, customisation, packaging, and fulfilment. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

Orders and Quotations

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order and our written acceptance.

Pricing

All prices are indicative and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed in your quotation. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all products and are stated on individual product pages. MOQs may vary based on customisation requirements.

Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required to commence production
• Balance due prior to dispatch
• Payment by bank transfer, cheque or UPI

Customisation and Branding

You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, artwork or brand assets you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. By providing brand assets, you grant Inmatso a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Delivery

Lead Times

Lead times are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation and advance payment receipt. Inmatso is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or force majeure events.

Risk and Title

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

Returns and Cancellations

• Orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced
• Customised products cannot be returned unless defective
• Defective goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
• Inmatso's liability is limited to replacement or refund of the defective items

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Inmatso LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inmatso's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.

Inmatso is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
